Charters
The Gulf of Mexico is a specialized ecosystem in our area. There are many streams and rivers that start as springs bubbling out of the sand, that flow into the gulf thru a delta of mangrove islands and marsh grass areas creating 1000’s of square miles of shallow marshy keys filled with hundreds of types of fish, birds, insects, crabs and mammals. Manatees are always around in some density, but as the gulf gets cold they pile into the larger spring fed rivers to enjoy the 72 degree water. Dolphins are common during the warmer months and are usually seen daily and while less often in the winter, they are still frequent additions to our nature viewing. Blue Crabs are plentiful in the warmer months and offer a wonderful addition to diner or are fun to catch and release. Tarpon, snook, redfish, sheephead, black drum, the list of fantastic game fish in the area is too long to list, many of our trips produce 10 or more different types of fish.
Florida has many different methods of harvest or enjoyment of the aquatic life in our area. We can use traditional rods and reels, throw nets, baited traps, spears, gigs and bow/arrow. Each type of fish has its own rules, but I will ensure we stay in compliance with FWC rules. I enjoy all methods of harvest as well as catch and release fishing, day or night, we can find an adventure to fit your desires

Fishing Charters
I like to catch fish. If you are looking for specific fish, then I will gladly cater our trip towards that fish, but I am the captain who wants to unhook huge numbers of fish, any kind of fish, and share in the excitement of seeing something new.

Shark Fishing
I love to catch sharks, there is nothing like catching 6’ to 8’ and even bigger sharks in shallow water on fairly light tackle.
We can do day or night trips and we often keep a shark or 2 as they are fantastic to eat.
Experience the rush of catching a shark!

Night Bow fishing and Gigging Charters
This is day/night in the Gulf or night only in freshwater. Mullet, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Gar, Stingray, Catfish are the most common fish taken in the Gulf and Gar, Bowfin, Suckers, Tilapia, Sailfin Catfish (Plecos), Shad, and Bullhead are the most common fish taken in freshwater lakes or rivers we will fish.

Daytime Bow Fishing Charters
Day trips are only in the Gulf, I don't do daytime freshwater currently. Mullet, Sheepshead, Black drum, Longnose Gar, and the wonderful tasting Stingray are plentiful and offer a target rich environment.

ECO Tours
This trip is amazing for the non-consumptive outdoors person. Manatees, turtles, dolphins, stingray, sharks, a vast variety of birds, and fish are all common in my area with seasonal peaks of viewing opportunities.

I offer limited Iowa whitetail deer hunts. Fall of 2023 is completely sold out. Gun hunts are in early to mid December and run $5000 per hunter and up for antlered deer and guaranteed tags.
This is free range hunting, not a high fence operation. Iowa has some interesting laws that allow nonresidents a chance to hunt every year.
South Florida Hogs- this is a day hunt using dogs, any method of take, but it must be humane. $500 per hog.
Gulf island hogs- this is an island hopping adventure until we find the hogs.
These hunts are limited to fishing customers or repeat clients only right now. I am expanding my range so check back to get the latest on this crazy Florida adventure!
