Daytime Bow Fishing Tours
I have AMS bows and Mega Mouth or Retriever reels set up in adjustable draw weights that can be used or bring your personal equipment.
During the day we primarily bow fish for Stingrays, Mullet, Black Drum, Florida Gar and Long Nosed Gar. These are plentiful and offer a target rich environment. My equipment is set up for finger shooting, but I do have clients who bring release shooting set ups. I can slow down enough to shoot that way, and it might actually be beneficial when shooting the really big rays, the deeper Long Nose Gar and the big Black Drum. No matter what equipment you use, we can make it work!
The bottom is rocky here so plan accordingly, I bend a lot of tips and heavy draw weight will increase the possibility of broken arrows. I prefer to shoot lots of little fish with light draw weight and HUNT for big stingray with heavy draw and specialized heads.
Price: 1-4 people $400 for 4 hours, $50 for each additional shooter and $600 for an all-day trip up to 8 hrs or until dark.
Call if you want to do longer times and we will design a package that works for you, I have fished 4 hours in the day then kept fishing for 8+ hours after dark. If you are visiting my area of the Gulf and really want the full adventure, I will do everything I can to provide that!
