As an extremely accomplished outdoorsman Matt knows what it takes to harvest world class fish and animals; the focus, the hours and the details. He also understands that most people live in the journey, the adventure of every moment, not just the results or the end game of the efforts.
I fish from a fully loaded, 2023 Flats Cat boat, the 21’ guide series with a 150hp Mercury outboard. I have dual 12” Simrad electronics, 1 running Florida Marine tracks GPS for the most accurate location and tracking and 1 with side and down imaging for structure and fish locating. Why fish holes or cuts if there isn’t fish in them?
Florida has many different methods of harvest or enjoyment of the aquatic life in our area. We can use traditional rods and reels, throw nets, baited traps, spears, gigs and bow/arrow. Each type of fish has its own rules, but I will ensure we stay in compliance with FWC rules. I enjoy all methods of harvest as well as catch and release fishing, day or night, we can find an adventure to fit your desires

Fishing Tours
I like to catch fish. If you are looking for specific fish, then I will gladly cater our trip towards that fish, but I am the captain who wants to unhook huge numbers of fish, any kind of fish, and share in the excitement of seeing something new.
Shark Tours
I love to catch sharks, there is nothing like catching 6’ to 8’ and even bigger sharks in shallow water on fairly light tackle.
We can do day or night trips and we often keep a shark or 2 as they are fantastic to eat.

Gigging Tours
This is a night time trip. Gigging is harvesting fish with a multi pronged spear from a boat. It is very productive, messy, bloody and not for everyone. Mullet, Sheepshead and Black Drum, are the most common fish taken on this tour.
Bow Fishing tours
I have AMS set ups in adjustable draw weights that can be used, or bring your favorite rig. Mullet, sheephead, black drum, gar, and the wonderful tasting stingray are plentiful and offer a target rich environment.
ECO Tours
This trip is amazing for the non-consumptive outdoors person. Manatees, turtles, dolphins, stingray, sharks, a vast variety of birds, and fish are all common in my area with seasonal peaks of viewing opportunities.
Family Tours
You will stay at my house with me, enjoy my huge pool and hot tubs, dine with me- all food included, and enjoy a fully stocked bar, you will ride with me or follow me to the gulf, and we will fish or scallop as much as you want.
